I’m sure you’re wondering…

why you should hire me.

I’m an empath; probably the biggest one you’ll ever meet. Capturing emotional images sets my soul on fire. There is nothing I love more than knowing I captured the shot. My top priority during any session, whether it be a wedding, family session, fresh 48, you name it, is to make everyone feel comfortable. I have a ‘no grumpy men’ policy because most guys don’t like photos, and I make it my mission for the day to make sure EVERYONE has a good time getting their picture taken. Also, everyone deserves a bucket shot of their day. There is always that one shot that hits you right in the feels, and it’s my ultimate goal to get it. I don’t photograph what your day looks like. I photograph what it feels like. Every family and/or couple I work with receives my commitment. If I’m with you, all of my attention is yours, and I promise to provide you with 110% of my effort. I am committed to making your experience with me memorable and meaningful. I put my heart and soul into every family and couple that I work with. On your wedding day, I’ll be your biggest supporter, your loudest cheerleader, and your closest ally. I’ve got you.

What to expect.

I love capturing images that make time stand still. I prompt more than I pose. My approach is very “fly on the wall”. I want to observe you and your families rather than pose you perfectly. Whether it’s a wedding or a “day-in-the-life” family session, I will document my time with you in all it’s beautiful reality. You look your best when you’re doing something you love, so I’ll keep you moving and grooving without having to stand perfectly still for 30 seconds staring into my soul. I always tell people, “I’m not JC Penney; I want you moving.” I capture ALL emotions from belly laughs to happy tears to grumpy toddlers that just want to sit in the dirt. I don’t want your home perfectly manicured. I want the real and raw. I get them all, and I love them all. Let your family’s true colors shine through, and I promise to provide you with an emotion provoking gallery at the end.
